With regard to the Tesco Supermarket in Stratford Road; I have observed what is quite frankly a nasty dangerous matter which needs rapidly sorting out once and for all.
Two weeks ago whilst in that Store I noticed that some of the Cashiers were wearing white gloves. on the 22rd. April, 2020 On checking out the Cashier was wearing what had been white gloves – they were utterly filthy.
When I remarked on this to her saying “that’s very bad any Virus will be getting over the packages and wrappers”.
She replied – exactly – “WELL WIPE THE STUFF OVER WHEN YOU GET HOME”!
I add that the number of Customers present seems to be diminishing! I counted just 15 people in the store at the time (9.20am)!
With concern, I have addressed their Customer Services and Head Office Personnel.
