Garden waste collections in the Cotswolds have been suspended.
Cotswold District Council leader Joe Harris announced the news, putting the decision down to a shortage of staff who have been made to self-isolate due to the coronavirus.
He said: "Unfortunately we have had to suspend the garden waste service.
"We now have a 20 percent shortage of staff and no longer have enough experienced drivers available for vehicles on all collection routes. We'll keep you posted."
Food waste collections are unaffected.
