Council house rents are to increase by 2.7 percent.
Wiltshire Council has rubber stamped the rise which will see the average rent at £530.
The council, meeting at County Hall in Trowbridge, has also agreed to spend £350k a year on staff dedicated to climate emergency work.
A Council Tax rise of 3.99 percent is also on the table and due for debate this afternoon.
