A CIRENCESTER man who was more than three times the drink-drive limit has been banned from driving for 30 months.
Hardijs Raics, 39, of Mullings Court, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on January 27.
Magistrates heard how Raics drove his BMW 120 on Grove Lane, Cirencester, when he was over the drink drive limit on January 6.
Raics was found to have 130 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was banned from driving for 30 months and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £525.
