A 37-year-old has been banned from driving for 13 months after he was charged with drink-driving in Cirencester.
Mark Walford, of Priory Road, Swindon, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on January 15.
Magistrates heard how Walford drove his Renault Clio on the A419 in Cirencester when he was over drink drive limit on December 21, last year.
Walford was found to have 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was fined £240 and ordered to pay costs of £117.
