THE Barn Theatre’s theatrical treat, A Christmas Carol has been a sell out for the Cirencester entertainments venue, with a recent audience containing Andrew Lincoln, the star of hit TV show: The Walking Dead.

The actor, also known for his roles in film Love Actually and Channel 4 show: ‘Teachers’ came to see one of the final shows of A Christmas Carol and stayed after to meet the cast and crew.

A Christmas Carol ran from 28 November – 11 January.

The theatre’s next show will be The Importance of Being Earnest, written by Oscar Wilde, which will be running from January 23 to February 15.

This production will then leave the Cotswold town to be shown at The Turbine Theatre in London.
