There are reports of flooding across the region.
Gloucestershire police say they have taken a lot of calls about flooding across the county.
A Tweet from their force control room stated: "Please DO be considerate of other drivers and pedestrians.
"DO NOT drive into large puddles."
The M5 Northbound entry slip road at J11A and the A38 at Berkeley have reopened although the Ebley bypass is currently closed.
The A46 Bath Road has flooded outside the Old Fleece pub near Stroud.
Heavy rain has left deep standing water outside the pub on Rooksmoor Hill, North Woodchester.
Cars have broken down while attempting to drive along the road outside.
Delays are expected on the A46 at Salmon Springs while highways crews work to clear the road.
