A MAN convicted of drink-driving has been banned from the roads for a year.
Kevin Turner, aged 60, of Berrington Road, Chipping Campden, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol when he appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on December 18.
He was stopped in his car on Aston Hill, Chipping Campden on July 14 this year.
The court heard how Turner was found to have 91 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, the legal limit being 80 milligrams.
Turner was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling of £237.
