A 52-year-old man from Stow-on-the-Wold has been banned from driving for three years after he was charged with drink-driving.
Simon Legg, of St Edward's Drive, admitted driving with excess alcohol when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on December 16.
Legg was stopped by police in the car park of the Horse and Groom, Upper Oddington, on November 28 this year.
He was found to have 49 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
Legg was banned from driving for three years, and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £525.
