A 48-year-old man has been banned from entering Fairford following a threatening phone call.
Mark Stephenson, of Cotswold Country Park and Beach, Shorncote, pleaded guilty to the offence at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on December 3.
The court head how on September 23 this year, Stephenson sent a threatening phone call intending to cause distress to the victim.
Magistrates ordered Stephenson to participate in an accredited programme for 30 days, fined him £50, and ordered him to pay costs of £175.
He was also handed a restraining order banning him from entering Fairford, and he cannot contact the victim directly or indirectly at any time for the next five years.
