A 44-YEAR-OLD been given a community order for using threatening behaviour in Cirencester.
Vincent Mundy, of Herbert Stark Close, Cirencester, pleaded guilty to the offence at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on December 3.
The court heard how between November 16 and 17 this year, Mundy used threatening, abusive or insulting words towards another man.
Magistrates ordered Mundy to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £175.
