A Yate man has been fined £750 after being caught driving recklessly in a car park near a doctor's surgery.

David Webber appeared in Bristol Magistrates' Court on December 10 charged with driving without reasonable consideration for other people using the place.

He was found guilty.

He was caught on June 11 earlier this year, driving a Mini Index in the Courtside Surgery Car Park next to Yate Shopping Centre.

The 51-year-old was fined £220, a victim services charge of £30 and £500 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
