A new deli has officially opened its doors in Cirencester.
Executive chef of MBB Brasserie Ethan Rodgers was on hand to open the deli with Cirencester Mayor Patrick Coleman on Friday, November 29.
Local wines as well as Sourdough Revolution from Lechlade, salamis and cured meats from The Cotswold Curer and truffles from The Truffle Hunter were all on display and are now available in the Christmas Pop-up.
Other independent food companies that will be represented are Lambton and Jackson, who produce smoked salmon, the renowned Cannon and Cannon, known for their charcuterie and Mevalco, who import fine Spanish produce.
The venue is also licensed and plans to open as a wine bar during the evenings, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Corn Hall Deli is situated opposite MBB Brasserie in Cirencester’s Corn Hall.
It is open Monday to Thursday 9.30am-5:30pm and on Thursdays, Friday and Saturday with extended bar hours of 18:30-22:00.
