A man in his 20s from Stroud has died after a collision involving his motorcycle and a 4x4 in Dorset at the weekend.
Emergency services attended the scene after Dorset police were called to a collision between a black Triumph motorcycle and a green Daihatsu 4x4.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and his family has been informed and is being supported by specially-trained officers.
The incident took place near the B3157 Coast Road at Bramdon Lane, between Chickerell and Portesham, near Weymouth, yesterday evening.
Two occupants of the car were also taken to hospital after suffering minor injuries.
