The Malmesbury Concert Band will be playing twice in the town in the run-up to Christmas.
Next Friday (December 6), the band will be playing a selection of Christmas favourites and carols in the Market Cross from 7pm to 7.30pm as part of the popular annual Christmas Shopping Evening.
Then on Saturday, December 14, the band will be playing carols in the Market Cross or Birdcage Walk, from 11am to 12 noon.
While the band is playing, the Mayor, Julie Exton, will be collecting money for her charities.
The band’s deputy musical director, Art Robb, said: “The band always enjoys playing all these Christmas favourites and we hope that many local residents will come and enjoy them at either, or both, of these events.”
