A Cirencester man who stole three bottles of Prosecco has been given a community order.
Christopher Fordyce, 41, of Siddington Road, Cirencester, pleaded guilty to the theft at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on November 13.
The court heard how Fordyce stole three bottles of Prosecco to the value of £24 belonging to the Co-op petrol station on Burford Road, Cirencester, on June 16 this year.
Fordyce was ordered to pay compensation of £24.
