With just two weeks to go until election day, seven public hustings events have been planned, giving constituents the opportunity to quiz the election candidates.

On Wednesday November 27, Churches Together Stroud is hosting a hustings at 7.30pm at Stroud Baptist Church, John Street, Stroud.

On Thursday 28 November, Stroud Town Council has organised a hustings event in the Subscription Rooms, Stroud, 7.30pm.

On Friday 29 November, a hustings event with an animal welfare theme will be held at Lansdown Hall, Stroud at 4pm.

All candidates will have the chance to give a speech at the Subscription Rooms at 12pm on Friday following the Youth Strike for Climate.

David Drew will also be holding a climate change discussion from 1pm at Labour HQ on Friday.

On Wednesday December 4 at 7pm, there will be a hustings event at the Prince Albert with all of Stroud's parliamentary candidates.

BBC Radio Gloucestershire is holding a hustings at Stroud High School on Thursday December 5 at 8.45am to 10.15am. If you would like to attend the BBC event email carly.appleby@bbc.co.uk.
