He tested positive for alcohol
A 38-year-old man has been banned from driving for 36 months after being caught whilst drunk, without a licence and without insurance.
Igor Leontjev,of Filton Avenue in Horfield, was caught on the A4174, South Gloucestershire driving dangerously between Willy Wicket roundabout and Filton Roundabout without a licence or insurance.
He also tested positive for alcohol, breathing 113 mg of alcohol in 100 ml.
He failed to surrender to custody and admitted this in court in late October.
He was banned from driving for 36 months. He was sent to jail for 14 weeks ordered to pay £122.
