Castle Street
A Cirencester man has been arrested after he was found in possession of a claw hammer in public.
The 35-year-old was arrested on Castle Street last night and was today released on bail.
Police are now appealing for witnesses who saw the man with the hammer at around 11pm.
Anyone with information should call 101 quoting incident number 438.
