A craft group has donated knitted blankets to a homeless project in Cirencester.
Kemble and Ewen Craft Group and friends presented seven knitted blankets to Gerry Watkins at The Big Yellow Bus Shop in the Woolmarket last Saturday.
Around 10 members of the group knitted the blankets, which are are 6ft by 4ft 6, taking weeks to complete.
Anne Wilton of the group said: "It was a pleasure to meet Gerry and discuss with him all the tireless work and dedication by Gerry and his team for the homeless and the community of Cirencester.
"We will be continuing to knit squares for more blankets to be used on the beds in the bus.
"Our craft group is an informal meeting which over the years has supported many charities with various craft projects."
