A drink-driver has been banned from the roads for more than three years.
Jamie Keeley, aged 33, of Skyfall House, Birdlip, pleaded guilty to the offence at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on August 29.
He was stopped in his car on the M5 southbound on May 18 this year.
The court heard how Keeley was found to have 52 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
Keeley was banned from driving for 38 months and ordered to pay costs of £502.
