STROUD nursery worker Gabrielle Martin-Goff, 21, represented the South-West of England at the national finals of Young Market Trader of the Year over the bank holiday weekend.
Gabrielle, pictured with her mum Heather, designs and makes baby clothes and accessories which include reusable, eco-friendly make-up wipes and sanitary pads.
Her creations, sold under the brand name of Sew Little, are characterised by bright, colourful fabrics, and the seamstress’s impressive eye for detail.
Having won the South-West regional round, Gabrielle attended the national finals held at Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire.
“The weekend went really well and although no prizes were won I sold so much,” said Gabrielle.
