BRIMSCOMBE boss Sam Prior will hope his side have their FA Cup shooting boots sharpened for the visit of Aylesbury United on Saturday.
The Lilywhites have made an indifferent start to their Hellenic Premier Division season and this was exemplified in the 1-0 mid-week home defeat to in-form Fairford Town, but Prior pointed the finger of blame at his side for their own downfall.
He said: "We have absolutely no one else to blame, but ourselves for not getting at least a point out of the game.
"We’ve managed to create a few chances, but again failed to convert them when really needed.
"We were sloppy in possession at times and struggled to find any proper rhythm to break them down. Frustrating on our part, as we really could and should be sitting on four points from six from our two performances. As it is, we have none and find ourselves behind the pack already."
