A Cirencester man has been charged for stealing steak and wine.
Paul Pinnell, aged 54, of Cricklade Street, pleaded guilty to two thefts at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on August 8.
The court heard how on May 30, Pinnell stole steak to the value of £54 belonging to Marks and Spencer in the town.
And on June 3, Pinnell stole wine to the value of £58.50 belonging to Haresbush service station.
Pinnell was handed a conditional discharge for 24 months, and ordered to pay costs of £158.
