A 33-YEAR-OLD Exeter man has been accused of communicating sexually with two girls aged 12 and 13 in South Cerney.
Cheltenham Magistrates were told on Wednesday that Matthew McKay is charged with engaging in sexual communication with a child between July 9 and July 26, 2018 and between July 10 and July 18, 2018.
Both alleged offences were committed at an address in South Cerney.
He is alleged to have sent an intimate photograph to one of them and making an indecent statement to the other.
McKay, of New North Road, Exeter, appeared before Cheltenham magistrates yesterday by video link from custody.
His next appearance will be at Exeter Crown Court on August 22.
He was remanded in custody until then.
