THE Met Office has issued two yellow weather warnings for heavy rain and strong winds on Friday and Saturday in the Gloucestershire region.
The Met Office says a band of heavy rain followed by heavy showers or thunderstorms on Friday has the potential to bring disruption in places.
A second weather warning has also been issued for the risk of strong winds in the Gloucestershire region during the day on Saturday.
"There will be heavy rain quickly clearing northeastwards this morning, giving a brief drier interlude before scattered showers develop from the west.
"The showers may turn heavy and thundery at times. Feeling warm and humid, but turning windy.
"There will be a mix of clear spells and showers overnight, with the showers turning heavy at times. Very windy, with gales possible."
