A MAN has been fined after his dog attacked and injured a PCSO.
Russell Dorsett, 53, of Burcombe Lane, North Cerney, was found guilty on two counts of owning of a dog which was dangerously out of control at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on July 23.
One count refers to a black and tan German shepherd named Elsa which injured a PCSO in Dorsett's garden on December 22 last year.
The other count refers to a white German shepherd, Ben, which is said to have been dangerously out of control in Burcombe Lane four days prior.
Dorsett was ordered to pay costs of £530.
