A POPULAR cafe in Cirencester has officially opened an exciting new expansion to customers.
The Secret Garden, an outdoor dining space at the back of Jack’s Tearoom and Kitchen has opened offering additional seating for visitors.
The newly landscaped garden is part of the redevelopment of the Corinium museum and the licensed café, all of which is owned by Cotswold District Council.
It will now give diners a view of the new look and displays at the museum, including the famous Roman ‘hare mosaic’.
To celebrate the opening The Black Jack Street eatery, has organised a launch party for its customers on Friday during usual opening hours.
This informal event will give customers the opportunity drop in to see the garden and take advantage of the complimentary Pimms and infamous Relish Brownie on offer.
“Customers can now enjoy a glass of fizz or a tumbler of ale with their lunch in the garden,” Jack’s manager Laura Stringer said.
“It really is a beautiful space and we have already had some great feedback from our customers and museum visitors.”
