A DRINK-DRIVER has been banned from the roads for three years.
Christopher Andrews, aged 27, of Down Ampney Road, Down Ampney, was found guilty on five offences at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Wednesday (July 17).
He was stopped in his car on Shurdington Road in Cheltenham on June 9 this year.
Andrews was found to have 68 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was also found guilty of driving without a licence and insurance, being unfit to drive through drink and obstructing an officer in the execution of his duty.
Andrews was banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay costs of £725.
