A DRINK-DRIVER who failed to stop after being involved in a crash has avoided jail.
Chloe Thynne, aged 34, of Top Farm House, Kemble, pleaded guilty to four offences at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Monday (July 15).
She was stopped in her car on Upper Up, South Cerney on December 12 last year.
Thynne was found to have 86 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
The court also heard how Thynne was involved in a collision with another car, but failed to stop at the scene.
Thynne was also found guilty of driving without a licence and insurance.
She was ordered to carry out 200 hours of community service within the next 12 months and banned from driving for 20 months.
Thynne was also ordered to pay costs of £485.
