May I through your letters page compliment the ladies at Cirencester Town Council for their sterling work.
The Food Market on Saturday, June 29 and the Craft Market on July 6 were an outstanding success.
Credit is also due to the vision of the town council and Portus & Whitton for reconfiguring the layout of the Market Place.
Net result, a plethora of fairs and events on Saturdays.
Not only has the Monday market reopened, but the Friday Market has quadrupled to 40+ stalls.
All this is good news for the shoppers and shopkeepers throughout the town.
