Volunteers are urgently needed to help The Churn Project on Saturday.
People are needed to help clear and prepare a wildlife-friendly space at the Cheltenham Road allotments in Cirencester,
It will allow people to be able to enjoy working together growing flowers and vegetables, making new friends and learning new skills in the great outdoors.
If you have some spare time and energy between 10.30am and 3pm on Saturday, drop in at the allotments, where tea and cake will be provided.
The Churn Project supports vulnerable families, older people and the long-term unemployed in Cirencester and surrounding villages.
The new allotment will be yet another valuable resource available to users of The Churn’s extensive programme of courses and activities that already enhance the lives of so many.
For more information call Ray at The Churn on 01285 380038 or simply turn up in suitable footwear and with any garden implements you think you may need.
