On two occasions I have witnessed motorcycles in the marketplace with penalty notices, they were not causing an obstruction and were clearly visitors.
There is no provision for motorcycle parking in the marketplace, no signage to the Forum for the aforementioned parking.
This must be corrected or it shows a bias towards cars and against motorcyclists which is patently unfair.
The Cotswold District Council has a responsibility to correct this, motorcyclists are visitors too.
