Police are appealing for witnesses after a girl was struck by a car walking across a pedestrian crossing back in February.
A 16-year-old girl was walking across the crossing in Station Road, Royal Wootton Bassett, at around 3.20pm on February 12 when she was struck by a small white car.
The driver remained at the scene and has co-operated with police.
The incident was investigated at the time, however the girl is continuing to suffer with the after effects of the collision, so police are now appealing for witnesses.
PC Alex Way, from the roads policing unit, said: “We appreciate that this happened a few months ago but we believe that anyone who witnessed the collision would remember it.
“The car was a white Peugeot 108 and the girl was walking with a group of friends at the time.
“Please could anyone with information contact me urgently.”
