A motorcyclist has been airlifted to hospital following a serious crash.
It happened in Lushill at around 1.20pm between Castle Eaton and Hannington.
A woman in her 20s, was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol by air ambulance.
The road is currently closed and is likely to remain closed until at least 5.30pm.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
Police are appealing for anyone with information, including anyone who may have seen the motorcycle or who has dash cam footage which could assist with there enquiries to contact PC Peter Williamson, from the Collision Investigation Unit, on 101, quoting log 162 of today.
