A 51-year-old Chedworth woman is appealing to a crown court judge against a court order requiring her to keep her dogs muzzled and on leads when they are out.
Cheltenham Magistrates made the order in January after hearing that Alison Booth's dogs - a grey long coated lurcher bitch called Tealitha and a tiger striped brindle lurcher bitch - were both out of control in Green Lane, Pancake Hill on February 7, 2018.
The order requires Ms Booth of Greenhill Farm Livery Yard, Pancake Hill, to keep the dogs muzzled and on extendable leads in public, and to take measures at her home to prevent them escaping or harming the public.
A judge at Gloucester crown court confirmed today that her appeal against the magistrates' findings will be heard on June 21.
