A POPULAR A-road in Cirencester will temporary close to allow for resurfacing work.

The A419 Cirencester Road is being resurfaced as part of Gloucestershire County Council’s £150m investment into the county’s roads.

It will be closed from Thursday, May 9, to Thursday, May 16.

To help keep disruption to a minimum, work will take place between 7pm and 7am, excluding weekends, with the road remaining open during peak times.
