More hubris from BDL claiming that S106 agreements benefit Cirencester.
These are no significant benefits for the town of Cirencester.
They are pre-requisites for this exceptionally large development to go ahead.
They are necessary to deal with the fact that 5000 - 6000 more people will live in Cirencester and thousands of vehicles will drive on its roads.
A development of the size of Chesterton would never be allowed to go ahead unless provision was made to provide schooling, public transport and other measures like open space and recreational space.
Bathurst Development Limited - you must now realise that your particular brand of public relations bull is just not working.
£100,000 for the town centre public realm when the Bathurst Estate is avoiding tens of millions of tax in a tropical island. Hooey !
