A THREE-year road ban has been handed to a driver from Filkins near Lechlade.
James Badrick, age 39, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station on January 4.
Appearing at Oxford Magistrates Court, he was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months.
Badrick must pay a victim surcharge of £85, court costs of £85 and has been disqualified from driving for three years.
