A MAN has been arrested following a serious dog attack in Tetbury.
Witnesses described how a dog tied up outside the Tesco superstore pulled free and seriously attacked two smaller dogs that were walking past at around 2pm on Wednesday, April 3.
A witness said one of the victim dogs 'looked like he had been skinned alive'.
A man believed to be the owner of the dog was later arrested outside the Highgrove store in Long Street.
A Gloucestershire police spokesman said: "A man was interviewed under caution yesterday after concerns were raised that his dog had been attacking members of the public and other dogs.
"The dog has been seized so that a medical assessment can take place."
