A Thornbury zumba group has raised thousands for charity after holding another marathon session.
The Zumba Gold group, which usually meets at Turnberries Community Centre, held a Zumbathon at Thornbury Leisure Centre on February 27.
Participants wore pink accessories and took part in a 90-minute session, raising more than £2,500 in the process.
Group leader Pauline Hooper said she was very proud of everyone who took part.
"They are the most amazing ladies and I loved coaching them through every minute.
"We raised a fantastic £2,585.00 for the Alzheimers Society and Contact the Elderly. Both charities are so deserving.
The group, whose members are aged between 55 and 86, has now raised well over £5,000 for good causes after a similar event in 2017 supported Cancer Research UK and the Epilepsy Society.
