Talented students from Cirencester Kingshill School showed off their dance moves when they took part in ‘An Evening of Dance’.
Pupils gathered at the school to showcase their talents on Thursday, February 28.
The evening is chance for the girls to show off the talents perfected at local dance schools.
This year, the school had a record number of girls auditioning to be a part of this year’s show, leaving teachers Miss Steel and Mrs Squire with a tough decision to make.
After much deliberation, Stella Stephens was awarded first place, with Lucy Harvey and Beth Cook named as runners up.
Anya and Eva McCutcheon were named as having the most creative choreography.
A spokesperson for the school said: "It was fantastic to watch all the girls perform and support each other throughout the evening.
"Well done we all look forward to next year’s show!
"It was another outstanding year of performances at this year’s Evening of Dance.
"The girls pushed themselves even further to try and beat tough competition and really pushed their athletic and creative abilities.
"The audience was treated to a variety of performances including; contemporary, jazz, lyrical and even a ‘creepy fairground’ contemporary.
"Well done, we all look forward to next year’s show!"
Headteacher Miss Oates said: "It was a fantastic evening and a wonderful showcase of the talent we have here at Kingshill School.
"Congratulations to all those pupils who were involved in the show."
