A main road through the Cotswolds that has been closed since Saturday morning is now open for access only.
The A429 remains closed in both directions for through traffic between the Inn at Fossebridge and Northleach.
A major fuel spillage took place yesterday with lorries reported to have jackknifed as a result.
Gloucestershire Police asked drivers to avoid the area if possible with officers used roadside grit and snow shovels to clear the road before Highways officers reached the scene.
