Some news from Tetbury.
Shaun Scotford suffers from this awful disease and is losing the use of his legs.
As part of a 'bucket list' he indicated he would love to undertake a skydive for charity.
This was successfully performed on Sunday, February17 and to date he has raised £2,000 with more donations coming in, for ADL Life.
He is one of the bravest people I know and he would like to thank, through your letters, several organisations viz:-
Tetbury Lions Club.
The Feoffees of Tetbury.
The Rotary Club of the South Cotswolds.
The Jack Lane Trust.
Also Dr Rigby from Tetbury Hospital, who waived all fees for the medical required before embarking on the skydive, and your own Kevin Painter who has been a consistent journalistic support to Shaun and his efforts.
We are so lucky to live in such a supportive community.
