Want to learn more about the history of Gloucester Docks? Then join this Brimscombe charity helping addicts recover on a tour.
The Nelson Trust, together with Gloucester Civic Trust, will be holding a circular tour of the docks, once described by Charles Dickens as 'extraordinary', and granted Royal Port status by Queen Elizabeth I in 1580.
The tour will start on Friday, March 1 from the Hub Bistro at 12pm, returning for a buffet lunch with tea and coffee after the hour long loop of the docks.
