It's a common dream to grow up wanting to be Queen, but it's something very few get to fulfill.
Thornbury Castle is now offering the next best thing, to experience life as a Tudor queen for the day.
The historic castle was once owned by King Henry VIII, who visited along with Anne Boleyn in 1535.
Now you have the chance to experience life just as she did, other than being beheaded of course.
Participants in the unique event will dress, eat, drink and act just as a Tudor queen would have done.
You will get to choose a Tudor gown and jewels for the day, take part in archery or falconry and explore the grounds of the castle.
There will also be a professional photographer on hand to capture everything that happens.
The events are held every month, For more information go to tudorqueenexperience.co.uk.
