Volunteers were recognised by the Mayor of Cirencester at an informal reception at Bingham Hall.
The evening event was an opportunity for Cllr Nigel Robbins to thank those who have supported the town council in their work around the town throughout the year.
For a few hours active members of the thriving Cirencester community came together to enjoy a few drinks and enjoy the informal get together.
Dozens of valued volunteers attended the event which was held at the Bingham Gallery at Bingham Hall in January.
Whilst the mayor and other town councillors were thanking those who helped the town last year in an official capacity, those who attended said that the event had been a relaxed affair.
