A shoplifter from Cirencester has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order which prohibits him going into all shops in the town.
Danny Ross, 25, previously of Kingsmead, Cirencester, appeared before magistrates in Cheltenham on Wednesday, January 30, where he was convicted of two thefts from stores in Cirencester.
One of the thefts involved bottles of Jack Daniels.
As a result of his court appearance, Ross had a previous behaviour order extended to ban him from going into any shop in the whole of Gloucestershire, with the exception of a few named premises in Cheltenham.
The Criminal Behaviour Order will remain in place for three years dating from March 20 of last year.
Mr Ross was also given a 12 week suspended jail sentence by the judge.
He is the second man in Cirencester to be given a Criminal Behaviour Order in the past week.
Another shoplifter from the town was given a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order which prohibits him going into four shops in the town - bit.ly/2DTM4mj
