A man has been fined over £400for smashing a plant pot belonging to a hotel.
Garry May, 34, of Upper Churnside in Cirencester appeared in Cheltenham Magistrates' court on Friday, January 25, to answer charges that he damaged a ceramic plant pot.
May is understood to have pleaded guilty to destroying the pot, which is valued at £50, and belonged to The Fleece Hotel in Cirencester on January 11.
He was fined £250, ordered to pay compensation of £50, and will need to give £30 to victim services too.
Additionally May is required to pay the £85 costs of the Crown Prosecution Service.
