A BELATED Happy New Year from all the team at Perry Bishop and Chambers.

Although Christmas now feels like a distant memory, I hope that you were able to make the most of the festive season – enjoying rest, relaxation, and fun times with friends and family.

Now is a time for reflection – to look back at all we achieved last year – and a time of resolve, as we plan for the year ahead.

It’s heartening for us to think back to all the lovely people we have had the pleasure to help with their move – almost a thousand in total in 2018 - across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.

We have enjoyed finding homes for people who are new to our wonderful part of the world as well as helping those moving on to pastures new.

Brexit and surrounding uncertainties may have loomed large throughout the year, but we have remained busy and our clients have valued our advice and encouragement during this difficult time.

We were delighted to see our market share grow and are humbled by the faith our clients show in our professionalism and dedication, many of whom are repeat clients that we have acted for on many occasions.

We recently learned that we were named Best Agent in Cheltenham, Cirencester, Faringdon, Nailsworth and Tetbury by allAgents – the tripadvisor for the property industry – for the fifth year in a row.

We were pleased too to be named Best Estate Agent in Stroud after only one year of trading in the town.

And being named a finalist in this year’s national Best Estate Agent Guide Awards was the icing on the cake!

We are constantly looking at ways in which we can improve our service, ensuring that we deliver the very highest level of customer care so that our clients enjoy the best possible experience during what we know can be a complex and emotional process.

By employing the latest and best technology tools in conjunction with experienced customer facing teams, we are able to provide transparency and meet the needs of our busy clients.

Anyone who sells with Perry Bishop can now access viewing feedback and track sales progress on their property, all at the click of a button.

Towards the end of the year we were delighted to return to Lettings and Property Management, across our Gloucestershire branches.

Five years ago, we sold our extensive portfolio to Leaders who for a while traded on our nurtured and established reputation.

We are now pleased to be back in our own right, enabling landlords as well as vendors to benefit from our reputation for superior marketing and award-winning customer service.

What’s in store for you this year?

Aside from the usual goals of eating more sensibly and exercising more, will 2019 be the year that you decide to move and begin the next chapter of your life?

If so, we would love to help.
